Oh its vintage, by new old lipstick I thought you were meaning it's a lipstick from nowadays that you forgot about and just found in you mu stash, so it's old but new again to you, lol.
It's a gorgeous color, I think I would've used it too :) Even though vintage cosmetics are advised not to be used.
