Lips look great, I would put another coat of mascara, maybe even black liner coz you have gorgeous coloured eyes and coz your hair looks dark in colour maybe darken you eyebrows. I'm really drawn to the red lips, great colour for your complexion x

I think, and this is just my opinion, as you have hooded eyelids, you may want to consider stick on lashes to make your eyes look larger. You really do have beautiful eye colour!
