mine:1min. squat, touch the floor, jump up. repeat

1 min plank,bend knees forward, jump back. repeat

1min squat ,jump up.repeat

1min plank,4 pushups,8 moutain crawls, jump up, repeat

20 pushups

1min wall sits

20 sit ups
