Again, you can't just lose lower belly fat. You can't spot reduce fat, it doesn't work like that. Fat loss is generalized you can't only lose fat in one place. But you can do leg raises, scissor kicks, reverse crunches, etc.but the fat will still be there if you don't do eat right and/or do cardio.

I do a combination of taebo and pilates 6 days a week, butt isolation strength training exercises mon and Thurs, upper body isolation exercise tues and Friday, and core work on wed and Saturday. My core work includes 2 min planks and a variety of core moves like Russian Twists, bird dogs, butt bridges, side planks and the exercises I mentioned earlier.

I understand. I saw the pic you posted on my last post. Your doing and awsome job. I love being a bit curvy and don't want to lose tht just my belly. But I understand what your saying. I do pretty much the same as you. And try to stay away from sweets. I've never tryed pilates though. I'm going to have to do research and try it out.

Diet and exercise. No amount of creams or pills are going to cut it. Nala is on point with her advice and I second that. Don't go to extreme measures by reducing your calories intake. Leave that to the bodybuilders. Reducing calories will eventually lead to rebound weight gain. Portion control and being vigilant on what you eat is vital. Working out requires you maintain more than a 1200 calorie diet.
