Is it ok to use witch hazel after using pro active? will that irritate my skin?

No but its an astringent and proactiv already has an astrigent in the 2nd steo.

Proactiv is a fairly harsh treatment, it makes skin sensitive to the sun, retinols etc., I would say don't use witch hazel along with it.
