Whenever I apply my face products, I notice that they do not stick to around my forehead area and especially between my eyebrows. I have tried less moisturizer, more or less primer, more or less foundation.
Sometimes, it will even smudge and smear away from the area leaving a caky texture.
I cannot quite fix this.
Is there any suggestions to this problem?
It is so frustrating trying to do my makeup almost everyday and I get this problem.

Do you set it with powder? either a translucent powder or a setting powder. even a powder foundation is acceptable too!

Have you tried exfoliating? Maybe you have dead skin preventing your products from adhering.

Exfoliate, moisturize your skin properly. Spray a setting spray on your brush before applying your foundation. Use a good primer. Set with a good powder. All of these tips will keep your foundation from not adhering and rubbing off.

Blotting papers throughout the day could help and powder touch ups maybe?

Hmm it could be the foundation you are using. Also try to gently exfoliate the area first. Then apply moisturizer and a primer. What kind of primer and foundation are you using?

Right now I am using Cover FX Matifying primer and kat von d lock it tattoo foundation. But this has always been an issue with any foundation or primer I use. I do get oily there but whether I apply less moisturizer or more to keep it hydrated, it still happens. I use Olay's face scrub brush thingy *whatever its called* but even with or without that I still have the problem. The second I swipe foundation between my eyebrows it smears and does not stick. My skin is still showing through. Whether I try to apply the foundation or concealer at that point in more stippling motions it still happens AND it will almost separate and clump if I mess with it. It is almost first application is that way it is. If it doesn't stick then I am forced to wear a bald spot between my brows and since I break out there sometimes then It is not good. I try to use as much organic skin care and I do not use acne products other than the Cover FX product on my skin because it irritates the acne.

Other than the brush cleansing, what type of exfoliator would be recommeded for sensitive skin?
