How do I get a flawless finish with powder foundation , also how can I achieve a none oily look to last all day. please and thank you :)

Definitely use a good primer preferably a mattifying one, then I conceal any blemishes/scars with Hard Candy glamouflage concealer and then for a powder I use MUFE Duo mat powder with the elf flat top brush. I am also very oily and this is a great combo :)

Make sure your face is really clean before anything else. And yeah use the elf brush or any really good buffing brush. I also love the bare minerals ready foundation.

A really great coverage powder foundation is the Laura Gellar balance and brighten, I cannot say enough good things about it! It lasts forever and usually ulta has some type of value kit where it is included.
