You now those scissors that have a triangle pattern cut I use those and cut tape I do my nail white then I put the tape over and paint them black and then I wait so that it dries and then I take them off.

Cutepolish has a tutorial. She used kids zig zag craft scissors to cut tape if I remember right... Lol but check out the video on YouTube.

You can get a pair of those scissors that cut patterns (at Walmart) and either cut a chevron design into tape or something a little harder than paper. You can also buy chevron nail stickers from etsy.
