I am constantly conscious about myself and what ppl might think about me n all. This something that no amount of makeup can cover up. So I wanna ask all ladies there..how to be confident in your own skin and feel beautiful from within?

I used to have the worst self esteem all throughout high school and only in my last year there did I realise I didn't have to wear makeup everyday and it didn't matter what people think of me or what I look like without it because it's who I am, how I was born and all I can do is try to embrace it. So that's my advise to you, try to lessen your reliance on makeup and the more you don't wear it, the less you'll feel the need.

And by the looks of it you've got nothing to be ashamed of, you're a pretty girl.

I was the same way, but then something in my head clicked. The way I think of it, F**K WHAT EVERYBODY THINKS!! If people wanna say nasty things about you, DO NOT let it bother you! When people let what other people say get to them, THAT's when you see all these suicides, and it's effin crazy. All you have to do is be confident. At the end of the day, all those people who say nasty comments, only have nothing else to do but pick out THEIR insecurities in other people. Makeup everyday isn't necessary because you are who you are!! And honey God DON't make ugly (: Just be you and be you with confidence (:

The "fake it till you make it" concept works, and according to a handful of psychologists it's also the healthiest way to raise your self-esteem!
