Best eyeliner to use in the waterline/tightline?

I don't have any eyeliners that stay on my waterline or tightline 😕 any suggestions for eyeliners that will actually stay??

Although it is harder to apply, I find putting gel eyeliner in my water line helps it stay much longer. I use the black one in a little glass jar from L'Oreal and apply it with an angled eyeliner brush. It is a little harder, but not anything significant. I try to keep my eye open for about 40 seconds so it dries. It ends up much more pigmented and long lasting.

The Urban Decay 24/7 liners are pretty good, but there's a trick to any liner in the waterline, Set it with eyeshadow! I know it sounds weird, but it really works. I like using a flat brush like the MAC 212 to gently pat the shadow along, and then I'm good for a looonng time. Totally helped me so much!:)
