I would go with a different lip color. You have beautiful bold brows--a nice redish tint to the lips might help balance everything out.

I agree with kalynn, a red lip would look great on you
and I would also suggest curling your hair, just to give a more romantic look

I think a darker eyeshadow would really give your some depth. Also, a pearly bronze colored lipstick would look great!
