The First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream is a pretty well known products that is supposed to be a godsend for dry, sensitive, irritated skin. I figured it would be perfect for me, and when I first applied it, it did feel very soothing and sunk it quickly -- or so I thought. I applied this is my face and body but after a few minutes, when I rubbed my arms slightly, I noticed it was pilling and coming off in little balls!
Has this happened or been a problem for any of you guys?
How can I solve this problem or prevent it?
Or did I just receive a bad one?
Thanks.

There are two options: either you got a bad one or your skin doesn't like it. I've never had a problem with it, but if you'd like a suggestion, try Korres moisturizers. Every one I've tried is great :)

Sounds like you may have put on too much product and the excess is rubbing off. It's happened to me with lotions before.
