I must have asked this question at least 5 times but never got a response, I don't know if it's showing up or not but this is my last attempt.

I need a dress for Valentines day. I'm 21 years old and me and my boyfriend are going to a fancy dinner/dance and it will also be our 2 year anniversary. I'm looking for a cute and flirty cocktail dress.

1. What are some stores I could look at where I can find a dress preferably around $100
