I recently bought the cover girl 3 in 1 foundation. Everyone is raving about how amazing this foundation is but when I put it on I found it to make my face look very dry! I even used a primer and applied it with a damp beauty blender. Am I doing it wrong?? Can someone help me!?

It probably just isn't right for your skin and maybe is too matte for you. Covergirl stuff usually works best for oily skin and usually has a matte finish.

I have super oily skin and covergirl concealers tend to do tje job for me. Maybe it's not suitable for your skin.
