If the loreal is a loose powder you can use it as a setting powder/oil control/ skin coverage.

The foundation: you should exfoliate your skin before putting this on because it sticks to dry spots, (I have it) put a good moisturizer & then apply it with either a brush or sponge. I like how it looks with a brush in my opinion :-)
