I went to a mac counter yesterday and picked up a bunch of stuff. today I tried the lipsticks on in natural light and one of them I don't like. I still have the box for it but I can't find my receipt. I also paid on a card (I don't know if they could look it up) I was wondering if I could return without a receipt or at least exchange it.

I think they allow you to exchange it without a receipt. Why don't you google it?

It depends on the worker, I've returned things without receipts just fine at Mac, but gone back the next time and they've said no. I don't think they are supposed to, but if you get the manager or a nice sales person, I think they'll let you. Why don't you call your local Mac and ask?

Okay thanks guys. I don't think it will be a problem because I have the original packaging and I'm totally fine with an exchange if not.

As long as you have the box you can they just need something to scan
