What makeup and hair??

This is my dress for my schools semi formal. I'm wearing black heels with it but I don't know what makeup and hair to pair with it. Any suggestions?! Thank you xo.

I would go full on classic, hair like Min said. For eyes, I'd say a nice light eyeshadow all over the lid and on the browbone, then a medium brown through the crease. Add black winged liner and falsies :) then I'd play up the lips with a red lipstick; that'll stand out against your black & white dress (which is gorgeous, btw) and the black heels :) I hope this helped!
