So this week I have like obsessive cheerleading. On monday I have a 2 hr practice, tuesday a 4 hr practice, and on Wednesday we have a competition.
What I'm basically wondering is how to not get super sweaty? Like sometimes I get all gross like an hour into practice... Idk.. Thanks :)

Oh and its also "that time of the month" so I'm not going to be feeling very well... Any tips on how to feel energized?

I'm a twirler and I have the same problem. I just use LOTS of deoderant and then add that sweat proof stuff (Idk what brand so...)

I always have this problem in basket ball, we so intense drills and in the end I feel like soup! Really good deodorant and not to sound gross but make sure you use a foot powder, you dot want gross feet. I haven't found a cure for body sweat sadly :( and for your time of the month I HAVE to have pamprin. Although I may sound like a wimp the girls in my family get terrible cramps so it helps. How you guys win!!
