Absolutely not. most athletes I train with exercise for 6-8 hours a day in 3-4 hour increments.

No. You shouldn't work your abs everyday and not twice a day. Your muscles need time to rebuild, try doing it every other day. Or at least not crunches. Planks on the other hand are great to build a lean core and is something you could do everyday (and it's great for your whole core not just you abs)

But it's fine to exercise twice a day. I do it sometimes. But try Pilates( lol I love pilates, I'm always trying to get pekoe to try it)

I love it! Lol I do it like 5-6 days a week. And yea I stop doing crunches after a found pilates. (And I heard crunches shorten your abs... And I want a lean core)

Yeah always take a once a week day break, even professionals and athletes need that one day to relax and give your mussels a break.

Sooo professional lol that would be awkward though. Checking you out while your doing leg lifts... Creepy lol but I do all my exercise at home (cardio, strength training and pilates). I do the videos by Mari Winsor on YouTube.

I've been running every day for a while. In my experience, it doesn't hurt you. But I don't know some people may react differently to excersize
