If you just want a glow more than a tan then try those 'glow' creams. I think jergens has one. They work well at that.

You can tan if you want more freckles and you will probably burn. I would just use a tanning lotion, I like Nivea, Victorias Secret Pink has one, and I don't really like Jergens. And you could use a bronzer (lightest color) and dust all over fave and neck with a stippling brush just barely patting on the skin
