I shave mine but I don't shave them every time I have a shower yeno 😊 I just use shower gel or conditioner to shave them it does the job 💜 I also apply coconut butter lotion on them to make them nice & soft 💜😊

Waxing is much better because it takes the hair strand out where's shaving only cuts the surface therefore waxing lasts longer and givers a smoother finish :) also I use the body butter by soap and glory it's amazing! :-)

Waxing isn't for everyone though so be careful with that. It gives me really bad ingrowing hairs no matter how much I exfoliate. Makes sure you have a good sharp razor and moisturise after :) as Aishling said conditioner works well to shave with and baby oil is also really good :)

The two things I'd recommend are a body scrub and a body lotion or butter with alpha hydroxy acids. I'd recommend Soap & Glory's body scrubs but anything will work, theirs just smell really good (the sugar crush one specifically) and for body butter I recommend their "Butter Yourself" body butter. It's got the AHAs in it which chemically exfoliate away dead skin so it will prevent ingrown hairs and keep the skin smooth. The body scrub before shaving will help physically exfoliate away dead skin so you get a closer shave and no or less razor bumps. I adore the body butter though, when I use it daily I never get ingrown hairs and it also helped to lighten a lot of the scarring I had from bug bites. I need to buy another jar actually and I'm lost without it lol.

Oh and I forgot, when using any product with AHAs in it make sure to wear sunscreen! They can make you more prone to burn so if you're going to be out in the sun all day definitely wear some!

I wax my legs once a month. Shaving is a very short term method, hair regrowth is coarse, with blunt tips, apparant as stubble in about 24hours, waxing can cover large areas quickly, it is clean and common treatment available in most beauty salons, regrowth is tapered and smooth, and regrowth can take up to 6 weeks depending on individual hair growth.

I use a sugar scrub with shea butter in it to exfoliate first then use a shaving cream suited for sensitive skin. Also, I change my razor cartridge out every ten uses or two weeks depending what comes first due to hormonal hair growth changes and other factors.
