I have heard great things about the cerave cream. I might pick it up, but right now I use nivea cream. it comes in little tins and is very thick. I just put a tiny bit on my patches at night or where I'm prone to dry skin more, and it stays nice and soft.

Just picked up cerave pm moisterizer at target and I like it so far It's not thick at all which I was surprised by given that it's a night moisterizer but it left my skin feeling soft and smooth it feels like if I was wearing the smashbox face primer

Cerave is great for dry skin. Dry skin types should generally moisturize at least 4 times a day, especially during the winter months.
