Neuma is some of the best stuff out there. I use the moisture line. All of their products are sulfate-free, cruelty-free, and just a very 'green' company. I really cannot say enough good about their products, discovered them in a small, privately owned, organic shop a couple of years ago and fell in love. www.neumabeauty.com
I also recommend Shea Moisture products which are sulfate-free and all natural. Ion color-safe line (some vegan products) @ Sally Beauty is also great.

Redken All Soft, Once a week use protein treatment and always use heat protector. After getting color done at a salon, I get a gloss that lasts for 30 days which helps fading, seals in color, and smooths cuticle. There are clear glosses and colors as well.
