This is a genetic skin condition called keratosis plilaris (hope I spelt it right) its basically an over production of keratin (keratin is dead protein, hair and nails) there is no way you can fully get rid of it. you can only minimise the look of it, make sure to keep the area well moisturised, exfoliate weekly (don't be harsh), I also heard shaving helps tone down the bumpiness as the hair follicle becomes less clogged. oh and the condition gets better in hot humid temperatures and kinda scaly in colder

I had this aswell and with moisturising and exfoliating mine disappeared completely. I actually went to the doctors for it and they said it was this. So sometimes it can go away, like mine did x

I have them as well. It is unfortunately down to genetics. As far I am aware you can never get rid of them just improve the appearance of them. Your not supposed to exfoliate them but it can help to moisturise it. There was an article on this app a day or two ago about it with some moisturisers to use :). Hope this helps!

I've been dealing with this for years. The way I finally conquered it was applying fresh aloe Vera and exfoliating my arms daily. The aloe Vera really helped. Or try an antibacterial body wash/soap.
