Does anyone know any good palettes out with just matt eye shadows. neutral colors would be nice.

Sorry don't know a palette, but I do know catrice has some nice mono's with matte neutrals colors. and catrice isnt exspencive :)

Naked basics! It's by urban decay and it's $27. It has a highlight shade, two matte cream colors (one with a yellow undertone and one with a pink undertone), a matte taupe, a matte chocolate brown, and a matte black. You can find it at sephora or ulta or amazon.

Sonia kashuk eye couture palette (one is all matte, one is all shimmer), the balm meet matte palette, too faced has an all matte pallete, in the know palette by stila (comes with an eyeliner), and bh cosmetics/coastal scents have one.

I agree with the urban decay one its all matte and neutral, sonia kashuk has one too like the ladies mentioned quality wise I don't know how goo they are I havent tried it, too faced does have one but there not brownish but I don't know if this is what your looking for.

Oh yeah Kat Von D is really gold to and I also love Too Faced. But not matter what you buy use a primer.
