Personally I don't think so. Aside from containing parables and other harmful synthetic ingredients. It has no benefits either, no BHAs ,AHAs, antioxidants, omegas, etc. If you have sensitive skin and don't have any concerns such as acne or anti-aging, it might be okay, but I think a better cleanser in the same price range would be the Neautrogena's Naturals cleanser.

Cataphil made me break out personally. If you are looking for a low price gentle cleanser I would use Purpose.

It helped my sensitive acne prone skin so much and makes it so soft.

It burnt my face so bad. My skin is tight, uncomfortable, red, and flaky. I suggest you don't use it.

Thanks everyone! and Kimberley, I actually use purpose! I was just wondering if cetaphil was any better but I think I'll stick to it.

Yes it is mild and won't alter your skins ph. foaming cleansers usually have harsh ingredients in them. to ensure you get your face clean tho since this is a milder product, follow it up with a piece of gauze dampened with water and witch hazel and use that as a toner all over your face then follow with argon oil, like 3 drops max, and apply all over the face.
