How can I get rid of the redness on my skin? I use a cleanser for it but it doesn't seem to be doing anything, even though it cleared up my acne. Thanks!

After you use your cleanser you need to start using a toner, it will even out the color of your skin!

Using an alcohol free toner is definitely a must for combating redness. If you are interested in witch hazel I recommend reading the ingredients, as most contain alcohol!
You can use an oatmeal mask or wash, or aloe vera as well as both combined. You'd be surprised at how even toned your skin will appear. Both help calm the skin and soothe redness! I have a DIY Apple Cider Vinegar toner that helps even out my skin tone, you can use aloe vera juice as a toner as well.
I did make a blogpost about it since I am always asked about my even complexion, definitely take a look at it!

Cleanse tone and moisturise twice a day with products for a sensitive skin, apply a mask for sensitive skin (tea tree, honey, egg yolk, natural yogurt) fortnightly, and a green based conceler under your foundation :)

Rubbing ice over your face also helps.
