Good morning ladies! I'm looking for some relatively affordable (I.e. Don't want to pay more for the brush than I do for the product) brushes for Nars Orgasm, Too Faced Chocolate Soleil and various finishing powder/highlight powder. It may be a no-no, but I use the chocolate to "contour" a bit, so maybe something angled would be best? Thank you! :-)

I also think Sonia Kashuk brushes are really great brushes and affordable for their quality. They are sold at target.

I am a huge fan of real techniques brushes. I use about 12-16 brushes a day. My advice is that for powder brushes, you can't go wrong with real techniques. Foundation and eye brushes, you get what you pay for. Cheap will work, but for liquid and cream foundations, to avoid streaks from loose and falling out bristles, spend the money on a good flat brush, and blending brush. The best for the money is the make up forever 190, and sephora 55. Eyeshadow requires one that's fluffy, and a dedicated blending brush, to start out with. The softer the better, for best results.

Thanks everyone! I checked out the link, Jacqueline! And I like that "half and half" idea, Jennifer ; ) Maybe I'll look into more of those for my powders, and invest a bit more for my liquids :-)
