It's Like, Everytime I Put On My Black Liquid Eyeliner, It Either Smudges All Over My Eyelids, Slowly Fades Away Or It Doesn't Show Up. I'm Guessing Its Because My Eyelids Are Oily. What Can I Do To Reduce The Oily ness Or Should I Buy an Eyeliner That Can Stay On Oily Eyelids?

You'll definitely want a waterproof, stay all day type of eyeliner. The pen liners I find smudge much less than the brush applicators. My absolute favorite is Stila stay all day pen/felt tip liner. SO easy to apply and really does stay all day on my very oily lids. Even if my eyeshadow fades or creases the liner stays out. Once you have a good liner, prep the lids by putting on a primer and than a thin coat of translucent powder. Hope this helps!

Do you use a eye primer? It might help your liner stay. I like stila all day also :)

I would use a regular eyeliner pencil and dip it in gel liner and just apply that would help it appear darker.

Use an eyeshadow which is closest to your skincolour, that should do it :)

-Use a eyeshadow primer before applying your eyeliner
-try a gel liner as it is the same intensity as liquid liners. I recommend the essence gel liner. it does not budge at all and stays put with the same intensity throughout the whole day
-set your eyeliner with black eyeshadow
