I'm a cosmetology student, I recently decided it's about time that I got my license. I've been dying hair for almost 7 years, so I suppose you could say I'm a color specialist. anyway color is pretty much the only part of cosmetology I am good at and I really need tk woek on my other skills. for example I'm horrible at make up and it's been causing me to be sort of hard on myself.. so basically, does anyone have any tips for me or maybe some easy makeup styles I can try out? I really want to shine in this field, I know I have the potential, but I need to be more confident about my work..help!

Wayne Goss said in one of his videos that he practices make-up on older skin because anyone can make young skin look good, you could try that.

I like Collection or Catrice eyeshadows, very affordable. Maybelline do great mascaras. Bourjois do great blushes

I would take some makeup classes in your free time. You can sign up for makeup classes to learn the basics, plus they're pretty cheap. Check out groupon, there was a coupon there for really cheap beginner makeup classes.
