Best stretch mark cream?

Ok so I've had stretch marks on my thighs for as long as I can remember. I've tried putting cocoa butter on it to moisturize, I bought a stretch cream on sale and it didnt really help. I even bought stretch cream for pregnant woman because I'm that desperate! please help I heard shea butter Is good but I don't know... please help.

Mederma worked wonders for me and a few other people I know but is a bit pricey.

I use juergens lotion it's about $8 per bottle and it works great I've been using it everyday and wen I dry myself after a shower I immediately use it and so far my stretch marks have been getting les and less visible 😀
