MSM and Biotin Supplements, as well as a good multivitamin. I like the GNC Brand of multivitamins formulated for Women (I think it's the Women's Energy one...?)

Regular manicures to keep them in good shape, moisturising and drinking plenty of water. Sally Hansen is a good brand for nail growth polishes and Biotin.

In my opinion I wouldn't go taking pills. Some work others are just pointless. Make sure you have lots of calcium to make them strong and grow fast!
