What Order Do You Go In?

Here are the three:
Brows, Face (Foundation, Concealer, Highlight & Contour) and Eyes
I've seen all different methods and I was wondering which ones you all find more effective.
FYI, this is for doing makeup on others and not yourself. If that even makes a difference in the terms of order.

Okay I had to read it!
I've done makeup professionally before. Okay...
-Prep the skin with the moisturizer, prime, etc.
-Brows. They are the guideline for the eyes. They are the like the base for when I'm doing a look.
-If you're doing a look with glitter or you fear having shadow fall out do the eyes first. (no lashes yet!)
-Face
-powder to set.
-false lashes (don't want powder all over the lashes)
-lips
-finishing spray

eye shadow (if I use it), bb cream/tinted moisturizer, brows, highlighter, liner &mascara, lips.

I prime my face, add a heavy concealer to my nose to get rid of freckles (only spot I have them..) and apply foundation with a brush, then blend it into my skin with a sponge, apply concealer under and on lids of my eye, blend with a sponge, contour my nose so it looks better and if I am feeling it, contour my cheek bones but I have alright ones already, then use a matte translucent powder to set my face, apply mascara and I'm ready to roll!
I don't have to do eyebrows cos I have thick dark ones(:

Start with moisturizer, foundation, concealer? Powder, brows, eyeshadow, mascara and then if I'm doing anything else I'll just do it after eyes such as blush/contour

I do moisturizing/priming first (including eye primer), then foundation, then concealer, powder, then my brows. After that I do all of my eye makeup except for eyeliner & mascara, then finish my face makeup by adding blush/bronzer/highlighter, then finish my eyes. People do it in a lot of different orders. The reason I do it in the order I do is because I hate doing my face makeup after my brows because I feel like I get powdery brows. Pretty much everything else I change up... Sometimes if I do an eye look that is dark or dramatic, I do my eyes before my face makeup, then do my brows, then do my eyeliner and mascara. Hope I helped!
