Physcians formula eye booster in ultra black! I don't really like PF's other products, but they did this liner really well. It lasts all day on my oily lids, and has a brush/felt tip hybrid, so you can do really thin of thick lines. price varies, I've seen it at walmart for 9.94, at ulta it is more expensive, but they have that $3.50 off $10.00 coupon(: I also like milani ultrafine liner, and lancome artliner(:

My absolute favorite is Stila! It's $18 for one tube but I promise it's worth it! As for drugstore, the best on I've found is Milani's liners. They have skinny felt tips to fat brushes. Nothing compares to the color array or easiness of Stila but it's still pretty good. (:

Stila is my favorite, because I have really oily eyelids and really watery eyes so it lasts the longest on me. A great cheap one is jordana fabuliner, it's not waterproof but it does last a decent time and the tip is nice.
