Do you mean that she used a cream like Nair? Or that she used a shaving cream with her razor? It looks like razor burn to me, or like her skin got irritated by the new product. Try aloe vera or a chilled lotion, and see if that helps.

Baby oil, I used veet to shave once I got the same reaction and I just put baby oil on it and the redness was minimized

Probaly razor burn so apply some lotion that will.not reitate the skin apply everyday and night or when.it starts to bother you.
