It cleans your pores gabby (: , it's a good product for once a week or twice. avocado and oatmeal are really good for you skin and it does contain these. just make sure to moisturize afterwards

Love freeman masks! I also do oatmeal masks (especially to help with my abundance of allergies), honey and olive oil, avocado. I'm always looking for good diy masks.
