You can French braid your hair overnight and undo the braid in the morning and lightly run your fingers through your hair. For tighter waves, make a tighter French braid and for looser waves, make a looser braid. You could also spray sea-salt spray on waves to create a matte, just-came-from-the-beach waves. My go-to hair on lazy days(:

I second the french braid one! Just make sure your hair is completely dry before you put the braid in. Then when you take it out, tease the top and front a little and spray it all with hairspray.

If you want tinier waves, do two french braids, like piggie tails, this will have tighter waves.

Yep there are tons of videos on youtube for a more in depth tutorial. But try the twisting your hair and clip them up on the top of your head when you sleep. :)
