Yes, I have done the glycolic peel at home. I would definitely perform diligent research of available home peels before doing them yourself because what your doctor uses is far more superior and concentrated than one you can get at your local Sephora. Some are just diluted with other ingredients. So be sure to find a product that clearly states the percentage of the active ingredient and take it from there.

I have done them all they do work to lighten hyperpigmentation but home ones are not a high percentage of acid and you use them more often I would not recommend try a high level peel yourself I think you should be using a good lactic ,or glycolic or kojic serum they also make glycolic like a facial wipe if you like it that way these will gently remove dead skin and brighten dark spots without causing trama to your skin you can still go in and have your professional peels done once in a while but at home care is where you see a lot of benefits.

Peter Thomas Roth and and Dr. Dennis Gross lines both have some decent peels available. Worth checking out. I never personally tried those two as the peels I had were formulated by my husband but I found glycolic to be the best for one for my oily/combo skin out of the other two you mentioned.

I agree with Shelley Dr Dennis Gross has a peel thats on a wipe as I mentioned and gentle we use his professional peel in the office I work in and you do not wanna try that on yourself,

And that article is about the low percentage at home Aha you should be doing this in your skincare routine if your trying to keep a clear complexion anyway.

I put glycolic acid in my coffee machine to clean it. It says on the warning label : damaging to skin and eyes. Just some perspective for ya.

Jennifer industrial glycolic metal cleaner is not the same thing as medical grade glycolic ment for skincare.
