Use natural hair treatments. This is one of my favorite recipes and I do this twice a week. All you need is an egg, two tbsp of mayonnaise, two tbsp of honey, two tbsp of oil (basically any oil, coconut oil or olive oil or sesame oil or almond oil anything really) and three tbsp of plain yogurt. Apply all over head and scalp before washing and leave for 2 hours. Wash with your regular shampoo and condition as usual. When your hair is dry, apply a tiny bit of any oil you desire. No need to use expensive leave on treatments or branded hair products. This really works and my hair is extremely healthy. I used to straighten my hair everyday when I messed my bob hair cut, it didn't work well on me bc I have wavy hair. Due to too much of straightening my hair became fragile, dry and damaged, after using this traditional Indian hair mask, my hair is amazing now! Good luck, girl :)

DO NOT USE MANE N TAIL. It's terrible for human hair. it will not make your hair grow. it makes your hair brittle & all the wax in it weighs your hair down. it's not ph balanced for human hair.
your hair has a natural growth rate determined by genetics. it will only grow as fast as it can at it's healthiest.
so get trims as necessary.
L'oreal Everstrong has a great shampoo & conditioner.
try coconut oil as a strengthening treatment. eat healthy & drink a lot of water. try Aussie 3 minute miracle. use as little heat as possible. when using heat use a heat protectant like Its a 10.
