So I bleached my hair bad a while back and it's just reached shoulder length, since I'm pregnant and I cannot use bleach or dye I'll be dying my hair in 5 months, by then it will have grown a good length and I wear clip in extensions as well. I'm going to go for this hair colour and because my hair will be mostly natural by then I I try will bleach very easily, now I know the first thing I'll have to do is bleach my hair and tone it and my light blonde extensions with purple toner until the yellow tones are out. but since I want to have the supplies ready asap so I can do it as soon as I have time after having my baby, I was wondering what colours of dye you would think would work best, particularly for the lighter shade? its a hard colour to find..and how I'd get it to fade into the darker colour best? preferably even better than in the picture more ombre into it than dip dye. thanks everyone ^-^

You can color your hair while pregnant. You just need to be in a well ventilated room or outside.

@Lynzie B. I've heard that I just figured with bleach the fumes are pretty crazy even outside so I don't want to risk it?

Try a high lift colour? what's your natural base shade? it could be achieved without bleach :) x

My natural shade is a darker mouse brown, like in my pictures my roots are about 3 inches long and they don't look much different from the ends of my hair which are dyed brown:) and I'll definitely look into that!

Something similar could be achieved if you have no colour on your hair already, get the colour you want, I am guessing you are a base 5-6 and the colour you want is around an 8, and mix it with either a 9% or 12% peroxide to get the lift you need. bearing in mind you will have to apply it to your hair as if it was a virgin head application :)
