Probably just an ingrown pimple it takes like 3-5 days to disappear
And don't try to pop it it dosnt work and can kinda hurt

I agree, it's an ingrown pimple, don't do anything to it & I really don't want to sound rude but that "obviously" comment was not nice at all. Calm down.

Maybe its my phone but I don't see anything on your face. But according to what you described I agree with the girls as it may be an ingrown pimple also known as a nodule. can't really prevent it 100% but as always drinking lots of water and maintaining a healthy diet can reduce occurrences.
Also keep in mind that some people are quick to read the title only and not really the description when answering a post.
