My your eyes a lil darker at the outer ends of your eyes you can use a black eyeliner to smudge it n if you want it darker like in her vid use a dark black eye shadow remember to shake off the excess dnt want to look like a raccoon ha n do lil by lil n see if you like it you don't always have to make it look like the actual makeup cuz you never know if you might not like it on itself :)

Use a wand hold your hair on it for five seconds n let it go keep doing it when your done add a lil moose to give it more volume hairspray might juss bring it down and if you don't have a wand juss use a curling iron juss wrap your hair around the whole barrel like if your using a wand

I would darken up the eyes, wing out the shadow more and brighten up the lips. However bear in mind that Selena Gomez has hooded eyelids so its never going to look exactly the same.
