I'm new to the makeup game lol I have some basic stuff like liners and mascara and lipsticks that's all I know. But what are basic make essentials I should have, including tools, and where's the best place to find them?? You can look at my profile to see my skintone to recommend colors and such.

A good moisturizer. I love the loreal youth code moisturizers. They are effective and not expensive.
Primer if you want to wear face makeup.
Bb cream for your type of skin.
If you want coverage, a foundation for your skin type.
A good lip balm.
A light-nude lipliner to lighten lip colors
A darker lipliner to darken lipcolors
Nyx has nice lipliners. So does sephora and they aren't too pricey at all.
A good face wash and an eye makeup remover. I like the st Ives green tea scrub, and neutragena eye makeup remover.
Some basic brushes for foundation or bb cream. Real techniques, sonia kashuk, and elf have some at the drugstore.
