What's important to know is that whenever you're starting a new skincare regime your skin will have to purge. Your skin will most likely get worse before it gets better. So find a new regime (I like the Neutrogena Rapid Clear foaming scrub and the Aveeno oil-free moisturizers) and stick with it, even if it looks like your skin is getting worse. It's just brining all of the dirt and bacteria to the surface :) once that's all gone your skin will start clearing up.

Go with the Hannah on this one :) and also, don't use anything that dries out your skin like nuts, I have super acne prone skin and have made that mistake in the past, stay away from high percentage benzoyl peroxide products for sure. Your skin needs to stay moisturized even if it seems oily to you. I have just recently been trying out Tamanu oil, it's been improving my skin quite a bit acne and moisture wise. Drying out the skin makes your face overproduce oils and such.. Holy rambles lol I hope that all made sense! I'm going to sleep :$ lol hope it helps!

Hi brandi, this happened to me in my early 20's its another hormonal shift within the body, so be aware of that! contraception and diet can be very big factors.
as for your skincare regime, I highly reccomend you visit your local salon and speak to someone. I've been using the skin care products which I now work for and have had amazing results. where do you live? perhaps I could direct you to your local stockist. let me know if you need anymore information.
