I used to have bright red hair. yesterday I applied a light brown just to cover the red.. I want it dark brown but there's still a lot of red in it. should I apply a medium brown on too? thanks xx

Red it the hardest color to keep in, AND the hardest color to get rid of. Try something with an Ash (green base) to try to cancel out all that red.

You need to apply a green toner. or get the however dark brown you want it (level) ash. like a 5 or 6a that will cancel the red.
