The picture is fine, the pictures of you full face for the add though aren't that 'wowing' to me though, as well as the text alignment and size, you have a lot of space you're not filling. For the pictures of your full face do you have any pictures that involve a less busy and warm tones background? Also you should probably remove the part about calling you as you don't have a phone number listed unless you decide to put either your phone number or a google talk number (which google provides for free).

I was a magazine editor for a year and I help my mom with ads for her business. I'm a little picky with that kind of stuff.
