So I was wondering if anyone could help, I was diagnosed an underactive thyroid seven years ago, but it has gotten worse the past 2 or 3 years, and I've noticed recentely the tips of my eyelashes are breaking off, this has never happened to me before, I haven't changed routine, diet, or make-up application/type recentely so I'm wondering if it's down to that, I have slow hair growth naturally and quite dry/thin hair.

And basically has anyone any tips to prevent/encourage growth for my eyelashes (my lecturer recommended hair/skin/nail/pills but I'd prefer like an oil/cream/skincare product)

Well the only thing that will make your eyelashes grow longer is Latisse. Maybe using something to condition your lashes might help with breakage, but I'm not sure :/

Castor oil! apply a little bit of this every night and you should see a difference in 2-3 weeks :)

I used Rimmel Lash Accelerator Serum and one from L'Oreal and it helped my lashes (and overplucked eyebrows) grow back and stronger. I've heard of the castor oil trick but been to afraid to try because my eyes are so sensitive
