I put a little handful in my bath water, good at cleansing the skins dirt and toxins from the body without soap... it is great for healing the skin too.

I used sea salt to clean my belly ring when I got it, and everyone that I know who has a bellyring says its something theyll recomend and personally I will too, the special stuff you can get to clean piercings with are good yes, but the one I got told to use gave me an infection and the hole wouldn't heal but the sea salt helped both in getting rid of the infection and my belly ring is almoar heald :)
