I would take some oatmeal and grind it up with some honey, you can also try some aloe vera to help soothe it. Do not use bio-oil... it has way too many phototoxic oils in it lol. Nor will it help redness, it has irritants in it so it actually might make it worse. You want to calm your skin not irritate it.

Looks quite sensitive, what skincare products would you normally use? A cream cleanser, rosewater toner, and a water in oil emulsion moisturiser would be best to soothe and treat sensitive skin, avoid steam/harsh exfoliation, hypoallergenic/for semsitive skin suitable sunscreens are generally sunscreens targetted for kids, so have a look at them first :)

Try applying witch hazel. witch hazel always helps with irritation on my skin. as for natural sunscreen use a teeny bit of coconut oil (too much and you'll end up looking greasy). coconut oil naturally has an spf of 7.

Witch hazel can be harsh if you have sensitive skin just because it's an astrigent, it's generally recommended for oily skin
