I've only used coconut oil most of the time and I have the organic unrefined version that is solid but melts when you rub it around your hands.

I think all three would be great but I don't think it's going to make your hair grow any fast even if you used them alone. I use palmers coconut lotion and any type of coconut oil.

Bantu knots are my favorite
